Novak Djokovic This Season
Currently the 2nd ranked player in the world is Novak Djokovic. A great start to the year has had been with this 22 year old out of Serbia. Djokovic has achieved a 16-4 record so for on the season and has already managed to win a Singles Title at the ATP Barclays Dubai Tennis Championships.
A well rounded player is Novak. A player who is able to play in all parts of the court, using a strong forehand and backhand is Novak. His hard serve has been great for him so far this season. When his serve is going well he is able to stick with anybody on the court.
This tennis betting player’s drop shot is one of the remaining weaknesses of his game. It is occasionally used by him to sneak a few points, but he has problems when he uses it too much. An improvement on that shot could take him to an even higher level.
A player still young and has the potential to do big things this year is Djokovic. Still a ways behind Federer in the world rankings right now is Djokovic and a lot of strong tournaments will be needed in the upcoming months if he hopes to make the jump. At times the top player in the world falls out of contention as he ages. Unforuntately for Djokovic his opponent is still going strong. If Djokovic hopes to move up to the top it will depend on his rise rather than the fall of Federer.
In just over a month, the French open will take place. A big opportunity will be provided to Djokovic by this betting on tennis tournament to prove himself again in an important setting.
